<![CDATA[Y / YKK / YKS series high voltage 3-phase asynchronous motors
(Frame No. 355~500mm) are up-to-date products designed by our company, which is the replacement of the JS series 3-phase asynchronous motors.
These series motors are designed with the optimized design technique of computer. With the material chosen exquisitely and products excellent technique, such motors are engineered with many remarkable features such as high efficiency, low noise, small vibration. Light weight. Reliable performance, easy mounting and maintenance etc.
These series motors can meat the requirements for all kinds of working conditions and are with protection degree:IP23,IP44 or IP54.
The winding of motor will be provided with F insulation and moisture proof performance after it is treated with vacuum pressure impregnation.
These series motors comply with Chinese National standard GB755<Rotating electrical machine-Rating and performance> and relevant IEC standard. Meanwhile dimension of all parts and tolerance meet Chinese National stand GB1800-1804 and relevant IEC standard.
These series motors can be designed as: 3kV,6kV and 10kV (and others depend on the orders). The rated frequency is 50 Hz.duty is S1.

<![CDATA[The frame of motor is welded by steel plate to be formed a tank-type. For IP44?IP54,motor, whose top cover can be opened and watched the internal structure. It is facilitated to assemble and maintain.
The stator is pressed and assembled into frame integrally, the insulation of winding is F class and designed as B class Temperature rise. The interturn test and high-voltage test ensure the winding of motor will be provided with a good insulation and moisture proof performance after it is treated with vacuum pressure impregnation.
Copper bar is adapted for the rotor winding, which are tightly fitted into the slots to minimize vibration. Advanced welding technology enlarge the rigidity and best ventilation.
The motor is designed to use ball bearing and sleeve bearing with grease lubrication which is re-greased per 4000 hour, and reach or exceed class of IP44.
The terminal box of the motor is located on the right side of the frame (view from drive end), it can also be located on the left side on user's requirements. Isolated earthing terminal is supplied in the terminal box.

The series motor are used to drive compressor, water pump, breaker, cutting machine, transport tools and other general purpose machines and suitable for colliery, mechanical industry and power plants using for energying.
