<![CDATA[ For the convenience of customer use, it has been designed with two different types as follows on the basis of identical operating principle and structure.
1. Lift type: It is applicable to the installation on traveling-
vehicles, such as tricycle, quadricycle or other motor vehicles
with suitable installation conditions. The power machine of the
vehicles can be used as the dynamic force of this equipment.
2. Seated type: It can be installed at a fixed point, and stationary
equipment can be used as the dynamic force. It can be used
for welding and power generation in factories, workshops and
maintenance departments. Moreover, it can also be installed
on jinrikisha or trailer hauled by motor vehicle for mobile
purpose. In this case, a power engine shall be prepared and
installed together.
The welding section of this equipment adopts the structure of cathode to ground and bipole output. The welding and generation can be employed separately or simultaneously. The total load can reach the specified capacity in the instruction manual. Furthermore, since it adopts the permanent-magnet structure, the traditional excitation unit has been abolished. During welding, it has such characteristics as wide adjusting range of welding current, easy generating of arc. stable flameholding, and even quality, etc. The welding performance has met the national technical standard for AX series arc welding machine.
